ThinkGeoEnergy‘s Global Top 10 Geothermal Countries shows global capacity reaching 17,173 MW. Growth continues, but largely through incremental expansions.
What’s even more compelling is what isn’t yet fully reflected in capacity numbers with early signals that 2026 looks to mark the entry of new geothermal categories onto the grid.
